Beyond the Obstacle

Make that 3 books, I finished 3 books. Like the bamboo tree, I water it for fifty years, before it grows fifty feet. I flip between books is what I mean. Takes me 3x as long, but I then shelf the load of ’em.

I’ve shelved the books I’ve read behind glass, which is nice, so I can always see ’em. Adjustment Day is lying there horizontally over my DVDs from uni.

My favorite original series I bought before Cali, from that 1BD place by the vets.

That’s veterinary. Not veteran, which I’ve become quite solidly during my time sheltered intermittently. Got close with the Red Cross and many others whose names escape me at this moment.

I once crashed a party, but they were so ‘nice’ that I got shoes 8 sizes too big. At least my time being a housing advocate when housed and sheltered was met with positive results, as Mayor London Breed decided to build the infrastructure needed over the next eight years.

I’m back in Bahrain, home sweet home. I’m reading now, which is good. But I still find it difficult sometimes. It feels like I should do something, but I’m too worn out to walk around as I do.

Pray for me, you 6-8 readers of mine.
