The above v Johnson just transpired. It is a Supreme Court case. 6-3 ruled the judiciary. It’s about the criminalization of homelessness.
As a once homeless person, from October of 2022 to June of 2023, I can honestly say that not being homeless once you are is one of the hardest challenges an unsheltered faces. Let alone being an Arab in the United States.
